Introduction
We hope to help clients identify the right messaging plan for the
business needs. Typically we will identify the needs by the following:

We define short term needs as customers who want
to try out the service for 3 months. Long term needs are those
who have ongoing regular usage and we usually run the service
as 1 year package. Another type would be Per campaign basis. |

If you are taking either the short term or long
term service packages, you need to identify your usage pattern.

| Number Masking |

If you require branding on your messages, then
number masking is suitable for you. The sender ID can be masked
to show as company name e.g. RapidSMS rather than mobile number
+6594455885. However, the messaging cost tends to be slightly
higher than normal rates we are charging. This is usually recommended
for marketing related messaging and bulk SMS. |
| High Speed delivery |
Yes or No |
Unlike SIM card hosting, you can achieve about
10,000 SMS per hour. Similar to number masking, high speed delivery
is offered at a premium than the other service plans. This is
usually recommended for marketing related messaging and bulk
SMS. |

a. 1 message may not equate to 1 SMS since message length can go
up to 5 SMS in 1 message. Please check the character & SMS counter
on screen when you type the message
b. Payment is on prepaid basis. All items are in Singapore Dollars.
Price is before GST.
c. The packages are only available to clients in Singapore. We offer
franchise model to overseas partners and customised bulk SMS package
prices for overseas customers. If you are keen, please contact us.
d. Additional SMS will be billed if amount exceeds $150 or by renewal
date.
