Anti-Spam Policy
The anti-spam policy and the principles hereof described in this section must be followed by all RapidSMS service (also Inspire-Tech) customers.
Inspire-Tech believes that it is of great importance that all SMS messages, alerts, notifications or any other communication processed using Inspire-Tech services are solicited. Spam messages are defined as unsolicited messaging send to the mobile subscriber. This anti-spam policy must be interpreted with this principle in mind. Customers of Inspire-Tech must therefore apply the following principles:
Inspire-Tech believes in having a trust-based relationship between mobile subscribers, service providers and carriers. This is essential to savour the continued success of the wireless industry.

Customers of Inspire-Tech must therefore apply the following principles:
Inspire-Tech believes in having a trust-based relationship between mobile subscribers, service providers and carriers. This is essential to savour the continued success of the wireless industry.
- No SMS must be sent to mobile subscribers without prior consent by the mobile subscriber.
- All customers using the Inspire-Tech services must comply with legal and regulatory rules which apply to all customers concerning handling, collecting and use of personal data collected through their service.
- Code of conduct applied to Direct marketing must be used and text displayed most clearly state or illustrate the service that are offered.
- Marketing campaigns must clearly identify who is providing the service (originator) and clearly state the expense of the service promoted in accordance to Advertising legislation.
- Customers are strongly advised to include a user-friendly and inexpensive "opt-out" option for mobile subscribers. This option shall provide the mobile subscribe with a functional unsubscribe feature to deal with unsubscribe requests promptly.
- Any evidence of customers not adhering to this anti-spam poicy will cause immediate suspension of the service and might also result in the termination of contract. Inspire-Tech reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against the originator.
